A vastly experienced goalkeeper from Mumbai, Kunal Sawant will be making his Hero ISL bow with Kerala Blasters FC in the third edition of India's biggest footballing extravaganza. After recovering from a near career-ending injury with Air India in 2011, Sawant joined Mumbai FC at the start of the 2012/13 Hero I-League season. He has also enjoyed short stints with Central Railway, Union Bank of India and New India Assurance. The veteran custodian will be hoping for some game time with Mumbai City FC in Hero ISL 2017-18.
