AC Milan have survived a massive scare at the Cetilar Arena to keep their Serie A title hopes alive! Watch the full highlights as Massimiliano Allegri's men secured a dramatic 2-1 victory over struggling Pisa, courtesy of a late strike from the evergreen Luka Modrić.

The drama truly unfolded in the second half. Milan had a golden chance to seal the game when Strahinja Pavlović won a penalty, but substitute Niclas Füllkrug [57'] saw his spot-kick strike the outside of the post. Pisa capitalized on the let-off when Felipe Loyola [71'] reacted quickest in the box to bend a right-footed finish into the bottom corner for the equalizer.

Just as it looked like Milan would drop vital points in the title race, the 40-year-old Luka Modrić [85'] rolled back the years. The Croatian played a slick one-two with Samuele Ricci before dinking a beautiful outside-of-the-boot finish past the keeper. The drama still wasn't over, as Adrien Rabiot [90+1'] picked up two quick yellow cards in stoppage time for dissent, but 10-man Milan held on to close the gap on leaders Inter.
