Many Saudi clubs courted the midfielder in the summer window.
Bruno Fernandes, the captain of Manchester United, declined Cristiano Ronaldo’s direct offer to join Al-Nassr in order to remain with the Red Devils.
Despite multiple approaches from Saudi Arabian clubs, Fernandes was adamant about staying at United for at least another season.
Bruno turned down Ronaldo’s offer to join Al-Nassr
According to TalkSPORT, the Portuguese midfielder rejected three approaches, including one from Al-Nassr and a proposal from their star player, Cristiano Ronaldo.
According to reports, Fernandes would like to stay in Europe before the FIFA World Cup next summer and would turn down any additional offers from the Saudi Pro League.
The Portuguese midfielder continues to remain United’s fundamental player, and selling him will leave a big void in the club’s midfield. If they consider selling him in the near future, then finding his replacement will be crucial.

Fernandes has been a vital member of United for several seasons. The Red Devils would be reluctant to allow him to leave for anything less than a hefty price, which Saudi Arabian teams would be willing to pay.
He still has two years left in his contract, and will hope to lift more trophies with the club before he decides that his time at Old Trafford is finally up.
Fernandes will look to continue motivating the Red Devils group after scoring the penalty kick to give United their first victory of the Premier League season against Burnley last weekend. Next weekend, Ruben Amorim’s team will travel to play their rivals, Manchester City, which is a short but challenging trip.
Is Fernandes open to leaving United?
In an interview, he has revealed that he will leave United when the club looks to sell him.
When does his contract expire at the club?
His United deal is expiring in 2027.
Will the United midfielder join one of the Saudi clubs?
He has been linked with many clubs and it remains to be seen.
