About
Isaac Vanmalsawma, a native of Lunglei, Mizoram, is a young and exciting midfielder. In 2014, he signed for Shillong Lajong after graduating from the AIFF Elite Academy and in 2015-16 he made his debut for the senior team. He then stepped up to the senior national side under Stephen Constantine and made his debut against Bhutan, coming on as a substitute in a 3-0 win. He was picked up in the draft leading up to Hero ISL 2017-18 by FC Pune City. In 2018-19, he will ply his trade for the defending champions.
